What Are QR Codes?
QR (Quick Response) codes are two-dimensional barcodes that can store various types of data. Originally developed in 1994 for tracking parts in vehicle manufacturing, they're now widely used for many purposes.
How QR Codes Work
QR codes work by encoding data in a pattern of black squares arranged on a white square grid. When scanned by a QR reader (typically a smartphone camera), the pattern is decoded to reveal the stored information.
